The Complete Shooter: Form shooting to develop confidence and flawless mechanics for each of the three types of shots (time & room, on the run, and inside). With two hours of work, we can add 5-10 MPH to your shot!

Hitching: Learn the most versatile dodge in the game and become the most dynamic player on the field
The Fundamental Defenseman: Learn all the tools you will need to be a fundamentally sound player. Perfect your shuffles, backpedals, stick checks, angles, and learn to drive your player
Defending the Goal Line: Bottle up your attackman below the goal line and own your match-up
The Defensive Midfielder: Become an assett to any team at the toughest position to play in lacrosse. You will learn the tenets of team defense, on- and off-ball positioning, transition play, and how to turn defense into offense.
The Take-away Specialist: We will teach you how to use your basic checks - like slaps, lifts, and pokes - to set yourself up for a take-away check. You will also learn how to do the kayak check, ding-dong check, over-the-head check and more, without getting beat for a goal if you miss.
Beginner: Learn the proper stance, hand position, footwork, angles and stepping mechanics that it takes to be a successful goalie.
Intermediate: Learn proper positioning in the cage from 360 degrees of field, and how to react to inside feeds quickly and effectively.
Advanced: Learn what it takes to save a one-on-one doorstep shot, how to head-man the ball off a save to create a fast break, and how to 'slide the line' to save a cross-crease feed.
