Infinity Lacrosse

Infinity Lacrosse takes great provide in the protection of our athletes.  It is important to understand that lacrosse is a contact sport, and for this reason, we require all of our athletes to be members of US Lacrosse. US Lacrosse provides a supplementary insurance plan, an informational magazine subscription, and more.

Infinity Lacrosse also requires participants to fill out the following liability, medicial, and policy sheet.  This form helps us understand if there is any precautionary measures we should take in regards to a specific athlete, allows us to verify a current US Lacrosse number, as well as provide our policies that we expect our athletes to follow at every event.
