Attack-

Attack has long been described as the most skilled position in the sport, and tend to treat it as such. With the primary emphasis of this position put on shooting and dodging, players will focus early on the importance of inside shooting, mid-range shooting, and time and room shooting. Next, players will spend a good deal of time learning how to dodge from all angles of field including the X spot, both wings, and even from up top. To make the process even smoother, players will learn to combine there new repertoire of weapons together, in a series of instructions allowing them to dodge into shooting more effectively. Finally, in an effort to produce more dimensional players, we will focus the latter portions of our lessons on riding, and the skills that go along with it.

Midfield-

Midfielders often must be the most versatile players on the field, specializing in both offensive and defensive strategies. Midfiielders have the option to learn either offensive strategies, defensive strategies, or both depending on the lesson layout. Offensive strategies will focus on inside shooting, mid-range shooting, and time and room shooting. Next, players will spend a good deal of time learning how to dodge from all angles of field including the X spot, both wings, and even from up top. Next midfielders will focus more on the defensive aspect of the sport. Learning how to defend from every angle on the field, regardless of where the opposing player may take you. Finally, players will look into one of the midfielders more critical aspects, his transition game. Through a series of chalk talk and instruction, players will learn, and practice the proper decision making process and skill set to ensure the greatest success on fast breaks.

Defense-

The last lines of defense. When the game is on the line, you want to know that your teammates can count on you to prevent the opposing team from scoring when it hurts the most. Through our lessons, defensive players will change the way they think about defense. Early, players will go back to the basics, learning footwork, body position, ball approach, and the importance of angles, and ground ball work. As lessons progress emphasis will be placed on focusing certain styles of play as they pertain to opposing players, further improving your chances of having one up on all the different types of players you may see throughout the season. Through a series of chalk talks players will also learn the strategies that go hand in hand with man down situations, one on ones, fastbreaks, and more.
